Clemmie was the daughter of John W Coker & Louiza (Teague) Coker. Her mother was also known as Margaret L. (Teague) Coker. When a young child she moved to Oklahoma with her family where she attended school. Clemmie married first husband George Robert Blankenchip abt. 1920. Clemmie married 2nd husband Joe Henry Cisson. When Joe passed away in 1950, she moved to California. She was blessed with 3 children and 1 step-daughter.
