Killed in Hayfield
George Dillard Reynolds, 56 years old, a well known farmer, was accidentally killed Saturday when he fell from a load of hay on the farm of Mrs. W. W. Quinn on the Chrisman Mill road, four miles east of Nicholasville.
Mr. Reynolds was standing on a wagon putting the baled hay into the barn when the hooks slipped and he fell a distance of about 12 feet to the ground. His neck was broken and his head was crushed. He lived only about ten minutes. He was being assisted in the work by his son-in-law, Alexander Walker and Edward Stinnett.
Mr. Reynolds was a native of Jessamine county and is survived by his widow, Mrs. Belle Reynolds, his son and five daughters, Mrs. Mary Miller, Mrs. Alexander Walker and Misses Toy, Myrtle and Dorothy Reynolds.

Jessamine Man Killed
G. D. Reynolds, 56 was fatally injured Saturday when he fell from a wagon on the farm of Mrs. W. W. Quinn at Christian Mills, Jessamine county.
The man's back was broken and his head crushed in the fall which occurred while Reynolds and several other men were putting hay off a wagon into a barn. The victim was attempting to lift a bale of hay when his hook slipped and he fell twelve feet to
the ground.
