Funeral of the Late Chas. Archibald.
The remains of the late Charles Archibald arrived from Denver Monday [July 13] morning and were conveyed to the family home on North Main street. The funeral service was held Monday afternoon and interment took place in Chestnut Hill cemetery. Mr. Archibald was 42 years of age and is survived by three brothers, Andrew of Syracuse. John of Bay City, Mich., and George of Portville and four sisters, Mrs. Mary Schofield of Rochester, Mrs. Janet [Jeanette "Nettie"] Schofield and Misses Dora [Anor "Dollie"] and Flora Archibald of Portville.
