Mrs. Alma R. Liddle, 57, of Springfield, died yesterday at St. John's hospital, where she had been admitted as a medical patient on Sept. 1. Mrs. Liddle has been in ill health for nearly 15 years.
She was born in Palmyra, and had lived in Springfield for the last 25 years.
Surviving are her husband, James E. Liddle; three daughters, Mrs. Bernice Harman, Mrs. Maxine Nemeth, and Mrs. Lela Habakeek; one step-daughter, Mrs. Lois Brown, and one stepson, William Liddle; two sisters, Mrs. Alfred Breeding and Mrs. Stella Stanifer; two grandsons.
Services at Ellinger & Kunz funeral home. Burial in Oak Ridge cemetery.
