his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born December 6, 1919, to the union of his
parents, William Chester and Mary Elizabeth Dunn.
Mr. Dunn was a veteran of World War II and retired after many years in civil service
where he worked at England Air Force Base in Alexandria. He enjoyed telling stories
and spending as much time as possible outside doing yard work.
Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, May 12, at the Georgetown
Cemetery.Interment followed under direction of
Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Pineville.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Colletta Dunn; his daughter, Debra
Dunn; his parents; nine brothers and sisters.
