Margaret F. was the daughter of Peter Cary and Matilda Hanifiel . She married Abner Vine Covey. They raised twelve Children.

Grandma Covey, passed away at the home of her son J. R. Covey of North Numa (Ok) on Sunday morning, January 27th, 1918, age 78 yrs, 11 months and 22 days, after a short illness of only a few days. Her husband and three children preceded her to the great beyond. She leaves to morn her death...??grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren besides a host of friends. She was a earnest Christian, ever noble loving mother and campanion. Funeral services were held in the Numa M. E. Church. then the remains were taken to the Caldwell Cemetery. (buried next to her husband, in Caldwell, Sumner Co, Ks.)
