Never married, she's shown in the 1850 Fed Census - Mass. living with her Mom & Dad, her sister Lydia (also single), and single brother Morrell. They all show still living together (except for Dad) in the 1855 Mass State Census. HCD 11-5-2020
This Avis appears in VR of Reho pg 802 (Deaths), as "BOWEN, Avis, of Nathan and Patience; [died]: 6 Dec 1884, at age 87yrs 11mos." Using this data, her birth month was also abt Jan 1797. No explanation exists for the death date inconsistency. HCD 11-7-2020
