Charles Edward (Chuck) Brawner, 59, of Campbell, Missouri, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012, at his home in Campbell, Missouri.

He was born on November 7, 1952, in Piggott, Arkansas, and was the son of the late Chancy and Georgie Brook Brawner.

He was united in marriage to Valerie Shaply on June 7, 2003.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by: three brothers: James, Fred, and Paul Brawner; and one sister: Reba Gibson.

Survivors include: his wife, Valerie Brawner of Kennett, Missouri; one brother: Daniel Ray Brawner of St. Francis, Arkansas; one sister: Mary L. (Peggy) Hopple of St. Francis, Arkansas; nephews: Roy Hopple, Johnny Frazier, Ray Brawner, Johnny Brawner, Randy Gibson, Leon Gibson, Daylan Hopple, Andrew Frazier, Willie Lawon, and Peyton Frazier; nieces: Rene Hopple, Jennifer Lawon, Carol Gibson Taylor, Molly Hopple, and Ina Lawon; one step-son, Don Deed, and a special friend, Terry Clayton; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home of Piggott, Arkansas, was in charge of the arrangements. Burial was in Gravel Hill Cemetery, St. Francis, AR.
