Evron Dansie Lemmon, age 100 of Rigby passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2008 at the Rexburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born September 23, 1907 in Draper, Utah. Her Father was Charles Nephi Dansie and her Mother was Mary Amy Fitzgerald Dansie. Evron attended Rigby schools and graduated from Rigby High School with the class of 1925. She went to Link Business College in Idaho Falls, and went to work at the Rigby Court House doing typing for the County Auditor and Records Department. She later worked for her brother, Jerry at the Dansie Jewelry store on Main Street in Rigby. In 1956, she started working for the Idaho 1st National Bank and retired from there after 16 years of service. She also worked at the County and City Election Polls for many years. She was married to Pete Lott and then to Louis Wilcox. Divorces ended these marriages. In January 1963 she married Oliver Lemmon. He died in 1974. She was an active member of the LDS Church and held several positions during her life time. She loved her family and enjoyed doing little acts of kindness for them. She is survived by two sons, LaMar (Mary Ann) Wilcox of League City, Texas and Chuck (Barbara) Wilcox of Rigby, two step-daughters, Vila Hawkins of Rigby and Gaye Johnson of Idaho Falls, fifteen grandchildren, fifty-three great-grandchildren, and nineteen great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Oliver Lemmon, daughter, Jean Arnold, her parents, Nephi and Amy Dansie, her two sisters, Lova Kinghorn and Barbara Jardine, her two brothers, Ronald and Jerry Dansie and a grandson, Perry Hawkins. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 3, 2008 at the Rigby 1st and 4th Ward LDS Chapel, with Bishop Gary Lusk, officiating. The family will visit with friends from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday at the Church. Burial will be in the Rigby Pioneer Cemetery, under the direction of Eckersell Memorial Chapel in Rigby.
