TIPTON, Iowa--Mrs. Mervin Baker, 82, Tipton, died Tuesday at University Hospitals, Iowa City.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Sheets and Son funeral home here, with burial in Masonic Cemetery.
The former Katherine Boettecher was born in Cedar County. She married Mr. Baker Dec. 4, 1906.
Surviving are her husband; a son, Earl, Tipton; daughters, Mrs. Everett Miller and Mrs. Ethel Park, both of Tipton; Mrs. Edward Hipple, Moline, Ill.; Mrs. Kenneth Kelley, Moscow, Iowa, and Mrs. Melvin Baker, Mechanicsville, Iowa; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mrs. Albert Curtis, Perry, Iowa, and Mrs. Arthur Klahn, Cedar Rapids.
