Harry M. Rogers, 79, a Blackford County native and former Delaware County resident, died Tuesday in Leesburg, Fla. He moved to Florida 13 years ago after retiring from Ball Brothers Corp. He also was a former supervisor of Fort Wayne Corrugated Paper Co., Hartford City.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Gerald Thornburg and Mrs. Clay Vose, Muncie; two brothers, Paul and Eldo Rogers, Hartford City; and five sisters, Mrs. James Rinker, Hartford City, Mrs. William Riffe, Fort Wayne, Mrs. Eley Snyder, Canton, Ohio, and Mrs. Herman Teagle and Mrs. Ralph Shadle, Montpelier.

Friends may call at Parson Mortuary from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday or Friday. Services will be there at 10:30 a.m. Saturday with Rev. John A. Pattison officiating. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery.
