WASHINGTON - Justin R. Brashers, 28, of Washington, Ill., died at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 1, 2012, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Ill.

Justin was born on July 5, 1983, in Macomb, Ill., and was the loving son of James R. and Rebecca L. Enloe Brashers.

Surviving are his mother, Becky; sister, Linda; grandfather, Carl Enloe, all of Washington; his personal caregiver, Julie Utley of Peoria; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jim; his paternal grandparents; and his maternal grandmother.

Justin loved Cubs baseball, cartoons and music.

He was a member of Roland Manor Baptist Church in Washington.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington. Pastor Steve Hardin will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.

Memorials may be made to the Brashers Family Care Fund c/o Deiters Funeral Home & Crematory in Washington.
