Gussie Lee Farmer Berry is my maternal grandmother. She was born in Cross Plains, Callahan, Texas, USA. She was a school teacher before marrying William Henry Berry in June 1918, and they had 7 children (two died in infancy). Grandma and Grandpa moved to California in 1942. They lived in Gardena and Los Angeles. She was a member of the Eastern Star. She was survived by her five children, thirteen grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
