Diane Carole Ross Edmunds, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, returned home to her Heavenly Father on February 21, 1998 after a courageous battle with cancer. She kept her sense of humor right to the end.
Born October 14, 1938 to Walter Lee and Dorothy Anna Ridste Ross in San Bernadino, California. She was a faithful member of the LDS Church and held many church positions after she and her family were converted to the church by the missionaries in 1957. She was married in the Los Angeles LDS Temple to Joseph T. Edmunds, Jr. on August 22, 1958. She devoted her life to her husband and family. She was always giving of herself and never asking much in return. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her...until we all meet again.
Survived by her husband of 39 years, Joe; her eight children, Bonnie West (Mike), Randy Edmunds (Leslie), Laurie Reeve (Robert), Garry Edmunds (Dani), Alice Potter (Wade), Bill Edmunds (Jenny), Jodie Edmunds, and Kim Baird (Anthony). Also survived by two brothers, Walter Ross (Sandy), William Ross (Diane); one sister, Sharon Powell; and 21 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 25, 1998 at 1 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening and one hour prior to services on Wednesday. Interment, Lindquist Memorial Gardens of Wasatch. In lieu of flowers, Diane and her family would appreciate contributions to the Cancer Society.
