She was a housewife and a member of Faith Baptist Church in Mabelvale.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Sarah Barnes; and her husband, James Summerville. They were married February 6, 1947.
Survivors include two sons; Sam Eugene Summerville of Benton and Edward Lee Summerville of Mabelvale; a daughter, Libby Boyer of Alexander; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel with Charles Trull officiating.
Burial will follow at Traskwood Cemetery.
