Annett was the daughter of Kenneth Allison Ashby I and Lillian Ida Kiester Ashby. Sister to Kenneth Allison Ashby II and Wrede Kenneth Ashby. She married first Kenneth Keller and they had one son, Kenneth Duane Keller, who died in October 2004. She married second William "Bill" Mollett. They lived in Mt. Victory, Ohio until they died.
Annette had cancer and died at Marion General Hospital, Marion County, Marion, Ohio.
