Graveside services will be at 11 AM Saturday in Fairlawn Cemetery in Comanche, Oklahoma with Dow Pannell associate pastor at Ray of Hope officiating.
Rita was born May 22, 1921 in Lightning Ridge, Oklahoma to William and Eunice Webb. She had worked as a seamstress was a great cook and candy maker. She was a longtime member of San Jacinto Baptist Church. She also belonged to the Choctaw Nation.
She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Scott; and a daughter Carla Dowell.
Rita is survived by two sons David Scott and wife Cindy of Amarillo; Randy Scott and wife Mary of Comanche; a brother Bill Webb and wife Tina of Pace, Florida; five grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
