He was born September 18, 1971, to Gregory Reese and Lynette Whiting Allan, in Payson, Utah. He married Amy Palfreyman in Springville, Utah, February 8, 1992. He is survived by his wife of Springville; two daughters, Makenzie Jane and Madyson Noelle of Springville; parents of Springville; two sisters, Sadie Jane (Scott) Wake of Orem; and Kara Lynn Allan of Springville; father- and mother-in-law, Grant and Mary Jane Palfreyman of Springville; grandparents, Reese and Phyllis Allan of St. George; and Loeen Whiting of Mapleton; great-grandmother, Grace Llewellyn Allan of St. George. Burial was March 24, 1998.
