Florence Grace Bibens, 96, former resident of Welda, died March 15, 1994, in Van Nuys, Calif. Her body was cremated.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the United Methodist Church at Welda. The Rev. Don Hood will officiate. Burial will be in Welda Cemetery, Welda.
Mrs. Bibens was born April 3, 1897, at Welda, the daughter of Ezra K. and Bellsora Hoover Ballard. She married Samuel Bibens in 1918. He died Oct. 11, 1976.
Survivors include a son, Calvin R. Bibens, St Joseph, Mo; three daughters, Rowena F. Matheney of Chatsworth, Calif., Irma E. Adams, Livermore, Calif., and Frances C. Moore, Solana Beach, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
