THE PARIS NEWS, 18 Jul 1958. 'Mrs. Alice Pyeatt, 925 E. Booth St., died unexpectedly in her sleep, Thursday night at home. She had been in failing health the past few years. She and her sisters, Miss Neva Keel and Miss Kitty Keel, made their home here together, Mrs. Pyeatt's daughters, Mrs. Grady L. Fry and Mrs. E.A. Ribble, also living in Paris. There are four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral service, Saturday at 4 p.m., will be conducted at Fry and Gibbs chapel by the Rev. T. Frank George of First Presbyterian Church, where Mrs. Pyeatt was a member. Interment will be made in Evergreen Cemetery. The former Miss Alice Elaine Keel, daughter of the late John F. and Julia (Davenport) Keel, Mrs. Pyeattt was born in Paris, 17 Feb 1976, her father having been a grocery proprietor many years. She attended Paris schools, and until her health began to fail, was active in work of the Presbyterian Church. She was married 1 Oct 1901, to Charles T. Pyeatt whose death occurred 29 Sep 1917.
