She married March of 1923 at the St. Paul Lutheran Church near Talmage, NE. to Alvin Teten. they lived in the Talmage community untill the 1970's when they moved to Harrison, NE. later they moved to Crawford, Ne. Carl died in 1991 and in 1993 .Loretta moved to Nebraska City in 1993.
She was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary in Nebraska City and was a long time member of the Faith Lutheran Church in Talmage, Ne.
She died at the age of 71 years.
Preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and her son, Keith. who died on Dec. 26, 1992.
Surviving are 3 sons, Dennis Teten of MO. Kenneth Teten of NE. and Tony Teten of WY. 4 daughters, Elaine Hofker of NE. Berniece Spuyrlock of IA. Judy Bemberger of MN. and Rita Dunn of WY. a daughter in law, Brenda Teten of AR. 17 grandchildren, a great grandson; brothers, Donald Grotrian, Glen Grotrian and Paul Grotrian all of NE. one sister, Lois Wellman of NE. Nieces and nephews.
Funeral services held at Faith Lutheran Church, June 13.
Interment was in St. Paul Cemeter, Talmage, NE.
