Miss Lowe was born in Decatur ,daughter of Stanley and Georgia Marsh Lowe.
She was a 1973 graduate of Warrensburg-Latham High School
and was a department head at K Mart.
Surviving are her parents of Decatur:grandmother,Mrs.Pearl Lowe
of Decatur;sister Mrs. John (Connie )Wickline Jr. of Decatur;brothers,Michael and Terry Lowe both of Decatur.
