Willie was the son of the late John Henry (Gardiole) and Louise Pons Pascal. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Williams Pascal.

He is survived by his son, Willie A. Pascal Jr, and two daughters, Mary Louise Hatley, and Susanne Mayhew. He is also survived by nine grandchilren and five great-grandchildren.
