Frances Elizabeth was the daughter of William and Phoebe Campbell Atkinson. She married Ransom Hatch on 18 December 1854 in Salt Lake City, Utah. With him she had the following 14 children:

Her death certificate lists her birth year as 1836 not 1837. However, tape # 183394 pg. 66 verifies her birth date and birth place and lists her year of birth as 1837. The 1900 census also lists her birth month and year as 1837. I went with the records that she recorded since she was alive for both of those records.
