Edmonton Mayor. He served as the Mayor of Edmonton, Alberta, from 1900 to 1901, and in 1905. He also served as an Edmonton city Alderman in 1899. After leaving politics he worked as a math teacher, school principal, and as an agent for Dominion Lands from 1905 to 1913.
