Born in Warrensburg Missouri, moved to Washington DC area Just prior to World War II, Wife Rosalie Clair Williams, Brother Dale Williams, mother Leola Williams, Father Forest Williams. Two Sons David & Philip. Served in the FBI for 36 years (1939-1975). Worked on many famous FBI cases in the FBI laboratory. Loved carpentry, fishing, shooting, and firearms collectiing.
