Friday 10 a.m. services are scheduled at St. Vincent Catholic Church, Osceola, for Hubert F. Alt, 83, who died Tuesday en route to a hospital.
Rev. Edward Valasek will officiate and burial will be in the Osceola Cemetery. Rosary service will be 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Kepner-Roberts Funeral Home, Osceola, where visitation hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday.
Longtime farmer in the Osceola community, Mr. Alt was born Feb. 26, 1894 in Butler County to John and Sophia (Ceberger) Alt. He was an Army veteran of World War I and a member of the American Legion.
On Feb 15, 1928 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, rural Osceola, he married Nettie Albers who survives.
A brother, Adolph preceded him in death.
