Bonnie Rosenbalm BLOUNTVILLE, Tenn.
Bonnie E. Offield Rosenbalm, age 84, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at Bristol Regional Medical Center.
She was born Oct. 12, 1924, in Bristol Tennessee, a daughter of the late Bryant and Nannie Barr Offield. She was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area and a member of Island Road Evangelical Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Byrd Rosenbalm.
Survivors include sons, Wayne Rosenbalm and wife Linda F., Glen Rosenbalm and wife Linda B. and Earnest Rosenbalm and Ralph Rosenbalm; daughters, Carolyn Hawkins and husband Jimmy and Vickie Fields and husband Dan; grandchildren, David Rosenbalm, Nathan Hawkins and Ashley Fields; and sisters, Betty Carrier and Juanita Goforth and husband Dr. Bill.
Funeral services will be held Friday, May 29, 2009, at 2 p.m. in the Island Road Evangelical Methodist Church, with ministers Anthony Gragg, L.D. Lane and Keith Jenkins officiating. The burial will follow in Rooty Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Weaver Funeral Home and at other times at the home of her son, Ralph, 372 Tri-State Lime Road, Blountville, Tenn.
Pallbearers will be Randy Rosenbalm, Wayne Bledsoe, Dan Taylor, Mike Abel, Sam Carrier and Junior Hunt. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Bill Gofroth and Rick Gilliam.
