Mrs. Etta Browning Crawford, 69, of the Allen Creek section died Monday in the Haywood County Hospital. She was the widow of James W. Crawford and a native of Haywood County.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Allens Creek Baptist church with Rev. C.W. Allen and Rev. Thomas Erwin officiating. Burial was in Green Hill Cemetery.
Surviving are one son, Russell Browning; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and one brother, Earl Browning of Hazelwood.
Garrett Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
