HinKle, BLUFF CITY-Mrs. Dorothy Hinkle, 41, of Route 3 Bluff City, died at 11 a.m. Wednesday of an apparent heart attach. she was a lifelong resident of Sullivan County and a member of the Hickory Tree Union Church.
