It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Charles James Callow, father of Susan and Richard.

Born in South Petherton, Somerset, England, Charlie was predeceased by his parents Reginald and Beatrice in 1938 and 1946 respectively. Reginald's brother Bert and "Aunt Min" raised Charlie with their children, Joan, Roger and Richard during the Depression when food was scarce.

Charlie developed his love of gardening while working with Bert taking care of the Cemetery grounds. Charlie excelled in soccer and school.

Trained as a quality control engineer, he worked for the Air Force in Alberta, Canada where he met his wife Donna. Charlie went on to work with Westinghouse, Crane and Champion Road Machinery in Ontario.

Retired, Charlie enjoyed gardening and relaxing with his second wife Johanna, extended family and friends.
