For many years she made her home with a sister, Mrs. Fannie Grove, in Clifton Forge. Following the death of Mrs. Grove, Miss Campbell was a patient at Staunton Manor Nursing Home for four years.

Surviving is another sister, Mrs. Emma Lucas of Steeles Tavern.
