Donald F. Smith, 90, of Middletown, died Saturday, Nov. 10, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Lucille Smith, who died June 21, 1999.
Born in Washington, D.C., Oct. 17, 1917, he was a son of the late John C. and Mabel Lutz Smith.--He was employed by Judd and Detweiler Inc., Washington, D.C. until his retirement.
He is survived by three children, Donald D. Smith of Middletown, John C. Smith of Barnesville, and Susan J. LaLone of Duncannon, Pa.; and 14 grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held in Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Middletown
