OBITUARY - Mrs. Oliver L. Boyer
Mrs. Oliver L. Boyer died at her home, 98 Andrus Street, Malone, Monday morning after a long illness. The funeral was held from Notre Dame Church, Malone, Wednesday morning at 9:00 and burial was made in Notre Dame Cemetery.
Mrs. Boyer was born at Chateaugay, April 12, 1861, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Isaiah St. Amer. She was married to Oliver L. Boyer, of Malone, May 27, 1884. She was a devoted member of Notre Dame Church and of the Ladies Rosary society of that church.
Surviving are her husband, four sons, Oscar, of Tupper Lake, Ozias, of Malone, Herbert and Leo, of Massena; also 19 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, a niece, Mrs. Edward Marlow, of Whippleville, and a nephew, John Gokey, of Malone.
Mrs. Boyer, for a few years, made her home with her son, Herbert Boyer, 7 Brighton Street, Massena.
