ANNA -- Mary L. "Lou" Philips, 72, died at 4:06 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2012, in Herrin Hospital.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Interment will be in Taylor Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.

Lou was born December 15, 1939 in Enfield, Illinois. She was the daughter of Timothy Lawrence and Viola (Hopper) Lawrence.

Lou was united in marriage to Garry Phillips on February 11, 1961 in Vienna, Illinois. He survives.
