Beverly Ann "Bubba" Weaver, 59, Altoona, died Wednesday at Altoona Regional Health System, Altoona Hospital Campus.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Kenneth and Florence (Horton) Radel. She married John F. "Jack" Weaver in 1988 in Roaring Spring, and he died May 20, 2001.

Surviving are three children: Candy Barger, Brandy Horton and Randy Weaver, all of Altoona; three grandchildren: Brandon Barger, Kaylan Barger and Gunnar Bryan; four siblings: Harry, John and Debra Horton and Shirley Colbert, all of Altoona; and her companion, Harold "Jake" Spetter of Altoona.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Delores Colbert.

Beverly enjoyed bingo and spending time with her grandchildren and her dogs, Simba, Nala and Lucy.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at Myers-Somers Funeral Home Inc., 501 Sixth Ave., Altoona (www.myerssomersfuneralhome.com), followed by a funeral service at 8 p.m., the Rev. Jon Neely officiating. Interment will be at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
