The 1910 US Federal Census shows that Samuel and Mary resided in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California.
A boarder from Scotland, Daniel Ross, also resided in the household.
The WWI draft card for their son John William states that John William was residing in Huntington Beach 1917-1918 too.
May 8, 1912 Samuel was admitted for treatment at the U.S. National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers in Sawtelle, Los Angeles, California. He was discharged July 9, 1917, and returned home.
The 1920 US Federal Census shows that Samuel and Mary were still residing in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California.
Corp'l. Samuel Ferguson passed away June 5, 1922, in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California.
