Florence Jane Deckert, age 95, of Pleasanton, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Pleasanton. She was born Saturday, July 3, 1922 in Coughran to Walter Jett and Ruby Ola (Knight) Pegg.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Ruby Ola (Knight) Pegg; first husband, Clements Beck; sons, William and Richard Beck and David Deckert, daughter, Claudette Beck and siblings, Ruby Ruth Turk, Mildred Schauteet, Eleanor Schulz, Walter "Skip" Pegg and Ola Joyce "Puggy" Kosler.

Visitation will be held at Hurley Funeral Home, 118 W. Oaklawn Road in Pleasanton from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday, December 7, 2017.

Funeral services will be held at Oak Island Methodist Church, 3030 De Vilbiss Lane in San Antonio at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 8, 2017.

Interment will follow in Oak Island Cemetery in San Antonio.
