DeLos Hill, Jr., the 11-year-old son of Dr. and Mrs. DeLos Hill, died Wednesday night at 7 o'clock at the residence, 282 Ponce de Leon avenue, after a critical illness of six weeks. However, his life was not despaired of until the last moment. Funeral will take place this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from the North Avenue Presbyterian church, Richard O. Flinn, the pastor, officiating, and interment will be in West View cemetery. [sic - Same newspaper on page 12 has funeral notice that says Oakland.]

He was the only child of Dr. and Mrs. DeLos Hill. He was an honor student of the North avenue school and an enthusiastic pupil in the North Avenue Sunday school. He was a child of unusual brightness and his numerous young friends are deeply bereaved at his sad and untimely departure from their midst.

He was the grandson of Mrs. Keren Hill and Mrs. A. A. Parkhurst.

The pallbearers will be John M. Cooper, W. O. Foote, John W. Harwick and Charles F. Whitner.
