Daughter of George W. and Mary Luther Phillips. At the age of 3, she went to live with her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Alcott. When about seven she moved with them to Kansas. Living there until their deaths, when she returned home to her parents. First married to Rev. Wm. Warner of Bonney in 1894, who died in 1907, leaving two sons, Rue and Ray. In 1909, she married William V. Coon and had one son, Vernum(b. 1911), who died in 1928.
