Atchison Morris "Jimmy" Foster, 74, of Fayetteville, Ark., died Feb. 4, 1992, at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born June 27, 1917, at Crosses, Ark., the son of William Clint and Lydia Ruth Cravens Foster. He was a U.S. Army-Air Force veteran of World War II and a Protestant. He was a member of the Huntsville Masonic Lodge #364 and the VFW Bayles-Baker Post #2352 at Combs.

Survivors include four daughters, DeeAnn Van Keuren of Florida, Suzie Foster of Washington, Mary Kay Hansen of California, and Lisa Foster of Oklahoma; three sons, Bill Frank Foster of Washington, Joe Bob Foster of Nevada, and John Edward Foster of Texas; one sister, Geraldine Dennis of Fayetteville; eight grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, at Moore's Chapel with Dr. James D. Johnson officiating. Burial was in McCord Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Jim Van Keuren, Pete Clark, Duane Foster, George Robbins, Carl Lewis and Doyle Spencer.
