Helen M. (Murzyn) Abramczyk, of the Plantsville section of Southington, died May 23, 2007, at Hospital of Central Connecticut at Bradley Memorial. She was the wife of Joseph F. Abramczyk.
She was born in New Britain, daughter of the late Stanley and Sophie (Zera) Murzyn, and was a resident of Plantsville for the past 22 years, formerly living in New Britain, New York and Florida. She was a member of St. Aloysius Church, Plantsville, and its Ladies Guild.
Besides her husband, Joseph, she leaves her three sons, Joseph M. Abramczyk, of Southington, Peter F. Abranczyk and his wife, Tracey, of Newington, and Jeffrey P. Abramczyk, of Southington; one granddaughter, Renn Abramczyk Dubiel; a grandson, Shane; her two sisters, Maryann Dumin, of Southington, Dorothy Suttmeier and her husband, Jack, of Meriden; her mother-in-law, Lucy (Dabrowski) Abramczyk, of New Britain; a sister-in-law, Maryann Provost and her husband, Kenneth, of Plainville; and many other relatives.
The funeral was held May 26 at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, Southington, with a Mass at St. Aloysius Church, Plantsville. Burial followed in the South End Cemetery, Plantsville. DellaVecchia Funeral Home, Southington, was in charge of arrangements. Published in The Record-Journal on May 31, 2007
