CLAREMONT - Mrs. Lena Moser Sigmon, 53, of High Point, who was widely known in this section, died at the home in High Point Sunday evening about eight o'clock after a long period of ill health.
She was the wife of Ed T. Sigmon, and a daughter of the late John H. and Sallie Hoke Moser of Claremont.
Funeral services were held at Emanuel Lutheran church at High Point by the pastor, Rev. F. L. Conrad, Tuesday morning, at ten o'clock. The body was brought to Mt. Calvary Lutheran church in Claremont for additional services at 2:30 o'clock. Burial was in the Claremont cemetery.
Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Spencer Osborne of High Point; two grandchildren; five sisters, Mrs. E.C. Hewitt and Mrs. Hubert Shook of Claremont, Mrs. Guy Huitt of Hendersonville, Mrs. Everett Bowman and Mrs. Emma Lee Locke of High Point; and two brothers, Robert Moser of Claremont and Frank Moser of Collettsville.
