Died from injuries sustained in an accident in Maryland. He was the son of the late William Henry Booth and Mrs. T. Edna Atwell Booth and was born at the family estate,"Eagle Point Farm" on the Great Wicomico River in Northumberland County, near Sampson's Wharf. On April 16th 1910, he was married to Miss Susan Spillman Norris of Lancaster County, and to this union three daughters were born. Bessie Clentonia, now Mrs. Howard L Croswell of Reedville, Frances S. Booth, and Virginia Mayfield Booth.
He was also survived by three brothers, W. Hiram and Mason H. Booth of Glebe Point, and T. Jennings Booth of this place. and a step mother, Mrs. W. H. Booth of Beverleville and two uncles, W. F. Booth, Kilmarnock and Jennings W. Atwell of Richmond.
