MRS. MARGARET TOBIN
Mrs. Margaret Tobin, 72, of Worthington, died at 7 a.m. Saturday at the John McDonald Hospital, Monticello.
Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at the Till-Didesch Funeral Home at Cascade. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul’s Church, Worthington with the Rev. F. J. Kaufmann, pastor, orriciating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She was married Feb. 22, 1904, to Joseph Leyendecker who died May 16, 1916. She married James Tobin Feb. 7, 1921. He died Feb. 18, 1939.
She was born at Dubuque on Dec. 25, 1885, daughter of Hubert and Elizabeth Kohn and has lived at Worthington most of her life.
She operated the Tobin Restaurant at Worthington for many years.
Surviving are five daughters, Mrs. Albert Derga and Mrs. Ed Kroeger, both of Worthington, Mrs. Francis E. Till, Cascade, Mrs. Dale Hamilton, Oelwein and Miss Bernice Leyendecker, at home, two sons, Silverius Leyendecker and Lester Tobin, both of Worthington; three sisters, Mrs. Kathryn Kiesewetter, Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. Ben Lund, Bowman, N. D., and Mrs. Marie Nottviet, Roundup, Mont., and 27 grandchildren.
