He was born September 18, 1926 in Douglas County the son of the late Mr. Fred Guy Webb and the late Mrs. Prudence Daniell Webb.
Mr. Webb served in the United States Army, United States Navy, and the United States Air Force. He served during World War II as a combat Medic and Surgical Technician.
Mr. Webb retired after 30 years of service with International Harvester. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, walking trails, making walking sticks and church. He was a member of Lithia Springs First Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Estelle Davison Webb; brothers, Guy Webb and Hugh Webb; sisters, Orilla Webb and Lena Dickinson.
