Mrs. Jones was born in Jackson County and was the daughter of the late E.P. and Berdell Styles Henson. She retired in 1994 after 24 years with Sears.
She is survived by her husband, Craig L. Jones, a daughter Shella E. Jones of Asheville; a son and daughter-in-law, Craig Lee Jr. and Angel N. Jones of Asheville; four grandchildre, Nicole and Jonathan Hunter of Asheville, Phillip Neeley of Tampa, Fl., and Parker Neeley of Knoxville, Tenn.; and a number of nieces and nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Groce Funeral Home with the Rev. J. Gall Coulter and Dr. Ronald W. Crawford officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Randy Robertson, Mike Herron, Jack Smith, Cecil Hall, Ronnie Ratcliff, and Mike Zboyovski.
Her family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
