STAYTON - Harold McAlister, 77, died Friday in Stayton.
He was born in Eugene and had lived in Stayton since 1963. He was a lube man for Philippi Motor Co. for 10 years.
He married Gladys Anderson on May 26, 1940, in Astoria. He enjoyed sports and was a Portland Trailblazers fan.
He is survived by his wife; sons, Jack and Harold, both of Stayton; daughters, Ida Curtis of Springfield and Adelia Hofeld of Portland; and seven grandchildren.
Private family memorial services will be held. Arrangements are by Weddle mortuary.
