Paul Forrest Strange Sr., 65, of Cecilia, died Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012, at Hardin Memorial Hospital.

He was a native of Louisville, worked at Etown Sportswear and retired as a car salesman.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Nelson and Alma Etna Terry Strange; three brothers, Steven Strange, Charles Strange and William L. Strange; and a sister, Freda Carolyn Beard.

He is survived by the mothers of his children, Debra Strange of Leitchfield and Patty Schultz of Elizabethtown; a son, Paul Forrest (Chasity) Strange Jr.; two stepsons, Anthony (Pam) Logsdon of Clarkson and Jamie (Maggie) Logsdon of Leitchfield; a daughter, Paula (Justin Lambert) Perry of Elizabethtown; one stepdaughter, Christel (Gary) Grimes of Elizabethtown; two sisters, Sue (Bobby) Sherrard and Elaine (Dale) Mabe, all of Elizabethtown; two grandchildren, Emma Strange and Kurtis Perry; and nine stepgrandchildren.

The funeral is at 11 a.m. Friday at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Rev. Danny Wallace and Brother Paul Forrest Strange Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Sanders Cemetery.
