Samuel Carney, aged 82 years, of California, died Sunday, May 6, 1951 at 1:20 p.m., at his home. He is survived by his wife Mammie; five sons, Brayton, Richeyville; Kenneth, California; Pearce, Cleveland, Ohio; Gerald and Arthur, Allenport; one daughter, Mrs. Charles A. Roberts, Monongahela, R.D. and a sister Mrs. Jane Richardson, Sunnyside. Fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.
